We brought our new Integrity 32 Motor Cruiser Sedan,“Talisman” home this morning from GCC Marina. Brett had offered to help Bill bring her home and we were very grateful for his assistance.
We must say that your service from the Integrity team has been flawless. You have seen to every minute detail on the vessel and if something needs attention it is dealt with immediately and with good grace.
We know that buying a new vessel can be fraught with problems, particularly in the after sales service department. I commend you for your attention to detail and your help in arranging various optional additions to the vessel.
We are now anxious to get on the water and start enjoying our new boat.
Robyn and I feel confident that we have a dedicated backup team should we need you. What a great feeling!
